Gancia, Italy, Prosecco

Gancia is a non-vintage sparkling wine from Veneto Italy. The wine’s aroma is a delicate, fresh and harmonious bouquet with hints of bread, orange, and lemons. On the palate, this wine is fresh, smooth and well balanced. A fine effervesence and pleasant acidity make this a versatile wine that can be enjoyed with food, as well as an aperitif.

Asparagus, Pesto Aioli , Fried Onion, Swiss & Mozzarella,

             Multi Grain Bread

Wild Horse, Central Coast CA, Viognier

This 2014 varietal  is a blend of grapes from three sites on the central California coast known for growing great Viognier. It is abundant with aromas of lychee, citrus, and stone fruit. Flavors are reminiscent of peach and lemon zest, and the bright acidity and elegant minerality on the finish make this wine a perfect complement to cheeses.

{3}

Andouille Sausage, Bell Peppers, Onion, Chipotle Aioli, Gouda, Munster, Rye Bread

Bogle, California, Red Blend

This Bogle Essential Red is a compelling blend of Old Vine Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Syrah. Richly textured fruit of dark berries and black plums is nuanced by the flavors of juniper and dried herbs. The juicy, jammy fruit is framed with spicy cedar and hints of pipe tobacco and cocoa. It is luscious from start to finish.

{4}

Pulled Pork, Smoked Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Jalapeno, Sourdough Bread

Cosentino, Lodi, Zinfindel

Cosentino’s THE ZIN has a bold nose of raspberry and clove, followed by flavors of cranberry and sweet cedar on the palate. Firm tannins meld into a lovely, soft acidity making this a wonderfully balanced Zinfandel.

{5}

White Chocolate, Raspberry, Cream Cheese, Challah Bread

Molo 8, Mantova, Lambrusco

The vineyards for this wine are a mixture of clay, sand and silt and are located at an altitude of 98-492 feet above sea level. The lush grapes are vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fragrance. Intense ruby red, this Lambrusco has a bouquet that is persistent and fragrant with hints of black cherries and wild berries. On the palate the wine is aromatic, fruity and pleasantly sweet.
