Mascarpone and Roasted Jalapeno Pistachio Pesto on Sourdough

King Estate Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Oregon

This vintage is a brilliant example of Pinot Gris from a consistent and warmer than average Willamette Valley growing season. This wine has a brilliant straw yellow color. Aromas of honeysuckle, Bartlett pear and pineapple are framed by delicate notes of mineral, rose petal and lemon zest. A supple wine from the start, the palate exudes flavors of fresh cut pear, pineapple and key lime. There is a striking balance of ripe fruit and fresh acidity that provides a lengthy clean finish.

Four Cheese Alfredo, Cheesy Chicken, Mushrooms and Caramelized Onion on Whole Grain

RouteStock Chardonnay, Napa Valley, California

RouteStock Chardonnay’s beautiful aromas of almond, honey, guava and white peach and delicate toasty oak notes characterize this wine. The palate is creamy, with flavors of Fuji apple, pear and ripe citrus that linger on the palate.

Sharp Cheddar, Crispy Potatoes, Bacon, Green Onion and Sour Cream on Potato Bread

Steele Shooting Star Blue Franc, Washington State

Unlike other Steele wines, Blue Franc receives little, or no, oak aging. This wine is clean, crisp, and unpretentious with tons of fruit, including warm berry pie, traces of pepper, almond, cherry and cinnamon. Shooting Star Blue Franc has soft tannins, medium body and is extremely versatile with foods.

Tillamook, Camembert and Fontina on Cranberry Walnut Bread

Gentleman’s Collection Red Blend, California

This is a perfectly polished red blend, featuring notes of liquorice and cherry and a dash of fortified wine for a smooth finish. You’ll notice caramel and char and sweet bourbon oak aromas, and hints of dark fruits dance with a long oak bourbon finish to complete this delightfully, delightful blend.

Cinnamon Cream Cheese, Bananas Foster and Biscotti on Cinnamon Bread

Cline Cellars Zinfandel, Lodi, California

Cline Cellars Lodi Zinfandel begins with a very nice aroma of dark berries, spice, vanilla and a little maraschino cherry. The medium-bodied wine tastes very smooth and easy to drink. Additionally, spice notes and a lasting finish of vanilla from oak aging and firm, supple tannins add complexity.
