Parmesan, Fontina, Zucchini and Squash on Country Wheat

Chamisal Stainless Steel Chardonnay, Central Coast, California

This Chardonnay has tropical notes of juicy Satsuma, and ripe kiwi and mango are highlighted by aromas of candied lemon peel, apple blossom and refreshing minerality. The palate supports the nose, revealing the Stainless wine making with its round, weighty mouth feel. Crisp acidity and flavors of white nectarine, papaya and key lime pie round out the clean, lingering finish.

        Pepper Jack, Guacamole, Jalapeno and Tomatoes on Hawaiian Bread       

Hyland Estate Gewurztraminer, Willamette Valley, Oregon

From vines plated in 1971 this Gewuztraminer evokes classic rose petal, lychee, andc elery seed. It is complex and seamless, with vibrant acidity and soft body. Aromas of rose petal, wet stone and orange peel entice while intense flavors of melon, citrus, honeysuckle and all-spice linger on the palate.

Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Sopressata, Crushed Red Pepper, Fresh Basil and Pomodoro Sauce on Potato Bread

Campo Viejo Tempranillo, Rioja, Spain

On the nose, this Tempranillo’s rich aromas have a pronounced intensity with an initial scent of ripe red fruit followed by gentle sweet notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate, it is perfumed, soft and fresh with a long finish with notes of fruits, vanilla and cocoa. Fermentation is in stainless steel vats and finished in American Oak casks.

White and Sharp Yellow Cheddar, Bacon, Pickles and Garlic Aioli on Sourdough

Imagery Cabernet, Central Coast, California

Imagery Cabernet offers opulent, dark fruit of black cherry with spice, cinnamon and clove on the entry. Smooth, integrated oak brings out cola flavors in the mid-palate and a vanilla toast on the finish that enhances the wine’s soft balanced texture. It is blended with a touch of Petite Sirah to bring notes of spice and pepper.

Gouguenheim Sparkling Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina

This wine is delicate with red fruit aromas, predominantly of cherries and strawberries. Very fresh in the mouth, soft tones with equilibrated acidity, and small and brilliant bubbles.
