Swiss, Turkey, Sauerkraut, Dill Pickle & Remoulade on Light Rye

Caposaldo, Italy, Prosecco

Caposaldo is a non-vintage sparkling wine from Veneto Italy. The wine’s aroma is fruity with citrus, green apple, and acacia flowers.  On the palate, a fine and persistent effervescence creates a soft, round mouth feel.   Pleasant acidity, freshness and full-bodied flavor finish make this a very versatile wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout a meal.

Asiago, Romano, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Prosciutto & Artichokes on Ciabatta

Firesteed, Oregon, Pinot Gris

The winemakers at Firesteed blend grapes from several vineyard sources and regions to achieve a balanced wine focused on the abundant varietal character of this classic grape.  It is expressively aromatic, and the wine’s pear blossom and tropical fruit aromas precede flavors of zesty citrus and melon.  Mouthwatering and enticing, its bright acidity and broad texture entwine throughout the wine’s lingering finish.

{3}

Manchego, Caramelized Mushrooms & Truffle Aioli on Sourdough

Oyster Bay, New Zealand, Pinot Noir

New Zealand Pinot Noir offers a unique combination of fleshy fruit and zingy juiciness. Initially, toasty oak on the nose wraps around fleshy ripe black cherries.  The wine is full-bodied, mouthwatering juicy and smooth with a great finish of smoky oak and black cherry notes with some dark spice.

{4}

Mozzarella, Pesto, Tomato, Balsamic Reduction on Flatbread

Bocelli Rosso Toscana, Italy, Sangiovese

Made from Tuscany’s noble varietal, the Bocelli family’s passion and expertise are on full display in this bright, lush, and appealing Sangiovese.  With grapes hand-harvested from some of the best vineyard sites in Morellino, the fruit is deliciously ripe and smoky with notes of marasca cherry and rhubarb compote.  The finish is long and suitably dry, with admirable acidity that makes the palate taut and pleasing.

{5}

Cheddar, Baked Apples, Pecans & Brown Sugar on Cinnamon Bread

The Dreaming Tree Everyday White, California, White Blend

The Everyday White is a white blend of Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Viognier, and Albarino grapes.  This crisp, fragrant wine is cold fermented in stainless steel and undergoes a quick stabilization right before bottling to preserve freshness.  The wine is bright and aromatic with fresh floral, citrus, and ripe honeysuckle notes that give way to zesty fruit flavors.
