Mozzarella, Parmesan, Crispy Eggplant, Pomodoro Sauce, Ciabatta

Condes Albariño, Rias Baixas, Spain

Warm and generous, with flavors of tropical fruit and roasted nuts, this creamy Albariño fills the mouth with ripeness, but also refreshes with the firm acidity of wines from Rias, where the waters of the Atlantic cut into Rias Baixas. The nose has a medium-high intensity, with floral aromas and hints of white fruits for a clean and elegant aroma. On the palate, the wine is fresh, large and round with a strong aromatic persistence.

Aged Cheddar, Applewood Bacon, Pretzel Crusted Multigrain

Butter Bomb Chardonnay, California

This Chardonnay is a rich, golden color and the aromatics lift from the glass immediately with very powerful aromas of vanilla, banana, buttered popcorn and a little peanut brittle. On the palate the wine is very rich, very full bodied, very very buttery and luscious with tropical fruit characteristics like banana and green melon.

Smoked Gouda, Parmesan, Cauliflower, Caramelized Onion, Sautéed Garlic, Sourdough

Macedon Pinot Noir, Macedonia, Greece

The lavender and ripe black cherry aromas are enticing on the 100% stainless steel Pinot Noir, that was named for Alexander the Great. Dry and full bodied, it is light on concentration, but is softly fruity with hints of soil and autumn leaf.

Humboldt Fog, Beef Carpaccio, Arugula, Brioche

Ruffino Modus Super Tuscan, Tuscany, Italy

Delightful hints of tobacco and spice lead to inviting aromas of cherries, strawberries and plums. This full-bodied wine is rich with refined, silky tannins and a long finish of vanilla and red berry essence. The three grapy varieties that comprise its blend-Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Savignon-are aged separately in small French and American oak casks for approximately 12 months before being blended.

Cookie and Cream Cheese, Strawberry Jam, Fresh Strawberry, Soft French Baguette

Lusteau Indian Solera Sherry, Jerez-Mananilla, Spain

The nose on this Sherry is up front, with thick raisin and date notes, hints of toffee and walnuts, plum jam, chocolate and coffee. You will taste sweet prunes with a spicy background, mocha and a very long finish with hints of Turkish coffee and good acidity.
